This was relatively easy to put together...just be careful when inserting the dowels.. I missed a few to start and had to go back and add them later. Had one issue when standing it up and had some cracking where one part joined, but that was just as much user error as quality of materials. Assembled it looks great! The fireplace does actually put out heat and it looks like a quality piece of furniture. Very happy with this and will be purchasing another for my house! I was very impressed with the looks as I took the pieces out of the box. Then I looked at the manual and saw there were about 34 steps. Each step was a picture that took a full page so it was easy to see and figure out what to do. My wife and I had absolutely no problem putting it together. When we were done, it was very solid, the doors rolled easily and it looks amazing. I rarely leave a review but this company deserves a great review for this one. It is top quality and they had little details that weren’t expected, but really made it even nicer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Definitely recommend. With the glued pegs and all fasteners drawn tight, it’s very sturdy. Doors slide very smoothly and the photoprinting will fool you into trying to feel for a crack in the wood. Handsome, sturdy, and good value.

    • Good product, Instructions need improvement
Its a gorgeous fireplace. I had two issues: 1. Handle screws were too short, so I had to get longer black screws to mount the handles. 2. Instruction Manual: Its too simple as some of the pictures in early steps include images of parts already installed and it caused for some confusion. Where did that board come from?? Oh, Step 30, but I'm only on step 14. The bags have multiple labels (for other products maybe, too?) so best to lay EVERYTHING out in order. Otherwise, love it! ... show more

We were amazed at how every piece fit together exactly. The instructions were clear and concise, broken down into one step per page. There was a lot of thought that went into the design and manufacturing of this TV console. The center divider on the top open self is recessed to allow the soundbar to fit in the middle of the shelf instead of having to be on the top in front of the TV. The rollers on the door glide effortlessly and quietly. The open mesh in the doors allows ventilation so equipment can be stored out of sight and won’t overheat. An allen wrench and extra screws and dowels were included. It has adjustable shelves. We are very pleased with every aspect of this TV console and highly recommend.
