I have an electric smoker and I wanted to do some cheese. I purchased a pellet smoke tube, and it was unsure about what kind of wood pellets to buy. After some research I determined the type I would use and found these at what I thought to be a very good price. I've purchased them. They showed up the next day. I prepped my cheese and the smoker. I filled the tube, grabbed my torch, and lit them up. After a couple of minutes they were burning on their own and boy let me tell you, they put out a great amount of smoke. I did 15 lb of cheese. The smoke kept coming for the full 2 hours I needed it to, and then about four more hours after. Great product! Great price. ... show more

Bought this product to use in my pitboss Smoker. For thanksgiving I decided to smoke two turkey breasts and everyone was raving how great they tasted. Usually turkey is the dimmest star of the show but this year the turkey was the brightest spot and these pellets helped make that happen

I prefer these pellets for my Memphis built-in pellet grill / smoker. They burn great, produce a great smoke, and the flavor fits pretty much everything we cook. Just wish they could keep them in stock. I get them on Subscribe and Save, and a few times a year I have to swap to an alternate because they aren't in stock. ... show more
