Assemble is time consuming for one person. It is very heavy. I thought that Fedex damaged it but after emailing the seller they told me it should just be the extra board they use to pack it. They told me that if it was damaged they would replace it. Thankfully even though the box and some pieces were damaged, those were the extras they used to insure that delivery wasn’t damaged. It’s beautiful and worth the money. I can say it doesn’t put out heat like I was hoping. My living is small and you can’t feel the heat unless you are standing right beside it.

I absolutely love this stand, it is even more beautiful in person. It’s not too big or too small and stands out. The heat function works very well but I just use the ambiance without the heat and it’s just the best. It took my husband 1.5 hours to put together with a power drill so I recommend having that vs normal screwdriver because it is A TON OF PIECES

OK, I will start out for the price you are not getting solid wood. I bought this knowing that and I wasn't able to custom build larger pieces of furniture anymore. It is built very well the assembly was not too bad. It took me a couple of hours to put together. It looks really good and believe it will last for years. It has a farmhouse/industrial look which was what I was looking for. It is a good value for what you get and looks good to.

The media could not be loaded. First, know that they ship the TV stand separately from the fireplace. I had so many things arriving around Christmas that i didn't realize i had also received the fireplace. Customer service was excellent and responsive in this issue. I felt silly for not realizing this but they were fast and nice. My girlfriend and I assembled this in about an hour. It may have taken another 15-30 mins without the help. Assembly was pretty easy but do be careful with the brackets for the rolling doors. That is the one spot I found a tad confusing but after 5 minutes of extra thought we got it. Know that there are pilot holes filled for EVERY single screw. If you don't see one, flip the piece around until you do and it makes sense! Overall though... very easy assembly. The fireplace puts out a lot of heat. Also, for reference, the photo and video show the TV stand with a 70" tv on top. (We'll be refinishing the towers to each side to match... hopefully). I would definitely recommend this product.

Pretty decent piece of furniture, it works like it should and looks great. Halfway through the assembly went to attach two pieces together and realized it wasn’t drilled for the special connectors. Had to pre drill and screw and wood glue it together. Good thing I used nice looking screws because at the end of assembly it was actually the front facing board that the doors slide on so it don’t look bad.other than that really works great and looks great too. Makes a wierd noise too like the blower motor is always on, but for the price it does what we need it to do we have a long sound bar so needed that long open top space.
