This is a good quality item and takes about two and a half to three hours to assemble the cabinet. It should be noted in the initial description that the fireplace unit may arrive separately almost one week later than the cabinet. The fireplace has a built-in heater and fan.

Had a hiccup with delivery but the seller was prompt to offer a resolution. The piece itself is beautiful! All the holes lined up nicely, and instructions were very straight forward and easy to follow. Only had one issue with a tightening screw breaking off inside the drilled hole, was able to fish out the pieces and used a spare screw it came with and got it in just fine, everything else went very smoothly. Had my sister help me with assembly and it only took us girls 2 hours to complete from start to finish. Just wish remote came with batteries for the fire place, thankfully I had some on hand and was able to test the fireplace as soon as assembly was done. It’s a beautiful flame and puts out great heat!
