I bought this rug on Sept 5. It is now Jan 18. I just threw it away. It is cute & soft but, immediately started to come apart on top. I was not even using it was an entry way rug. It was just between 2 rooms where my small dogs occasionally lay. It was coming apart just sweeping & walking on it. So I imagine it would have been all over the washer. This rug worked great to put in my cargo area in SUV so my dogs would not slide around on the Weather Tech mat. When I reached my destination, I put it at the back door. Rug fibers appeared all around the house, but most importantly, my Collie got his nails stuck in the rug while scratching around to "make" his bed.
