Fairly easy to set up however, if you live in a windy area, the material won't last long. After our first windy night the cover ripped on one of the seams leaving a 3' gaping hole. The shelves are held in place with unreliable plastic clips, I'd recommend zip-tying each or they will move all over the place.. at best I'd recommend this to a beginner trying their hand at growing but don't count on it for more than a season or 2. It survived some serious winds and weather. Easy to set up and take down. I gave it 4 stars because the inserts/clips that hold the poles together don't seem like they're going to hold up. The started to show signs of breaking as I was setting it up/sticking the poles in. We shall see!

    • Doing the job

I’ve been able to start some seeds in it this spring. (I am in central Indiana.) It has quite a bit of space. The shelves are plenty sturdy for starting seeds, but I doubt they’d handle much weight. We originally used the tie downs and stakes that it came with. We also had bricks all around the lower flaps and three buckets of water sitting on the crossbars that sit on the ground. Even with that it flipped over in the wind. We ended up having to put eye bolts into the side of our mini barn and tie it to that. Even with blowing over in the wind, the shelves weren’t damaged and there were no tears in the cover. I would recommend it. I would just recommend much bigger stakes or strapping it to something more substantial. ... show more

Second purchase was for a storage unit. I needed outside storage and wasn't happy with options. Came winter and I realized I was stuffing what I could into the first greenhouse. We had a furious wet winter and everything survived very well so I bought a second greenhouse to store my rakes, tools and miscellaneous stuff to make it look nice. Less expensive than the other sheds fo sho. Both also work as greenhouses despite the lack of sun this year. Easy to put together and move. I put a chair in one to sit out the rain. Buy one or two. Setting this greenhouse up is simple and straight forward. The shelves don’t fit properly, this could for sure be improved upon. The shelves are shorter than the area where they fit on. The shelves are also too wide which makes the use of shelve rings somewhat difficult. My biggest aggravation was that there were only 8 shelve rings were 16 would be a recommended minimum. Securing the greenhouse by using straps on the plastic cover does not sound like a good idea. For an open standing greenhouse I would think that 8 wires (2 on each corner), attached to the tubing (not the cover) might work if in addition the bottom tubes are secured to the ground with some kind of hook. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Assembled by myself in my house then moved outside. Florida is so hot that I try to open when I am outside watching as the iguanas are looking for a chance to go in to chew on the potato leaves. I also had to keep on the pavement to protect from the curly tail lizards that dig in the earth and so can come up in the green house.I think it will be just right for protecting plants when the temp dips too low in Winter. ... show more
