First, I am an adult and don't have kids. These are for ME! 😄 Being chewable, I can take one anywhere, and they kick in pretty quickly. I have recently discovered that they are the BEST at calming the occasional horrible itching on my legs caused by menopause. It can be hard to handle, so these are a huge relief. The price is really good, too. I definitely recommend!
