With Pads used more and more in the cockpit this is an excellent idea. It's very well engineered. Also easy to to assemble, probably easier if you use your head, rather than follow the directions. This kneeboard accommodates your Pad sitting in either a vertical or landscape mode, and it rotates to the most convenient position. It comes with leg straps in two lengths that fasten securely with Velcro. The straps are wide enough to be comfortable on your leg.. This is going to be a great gift for my son, who is currently in pilot training. Everyone uses iPads now for their charts and the days of the old paper kneeboards are long gone. This is great for holding a variety of iPad sizes, it will adjust from anywhere from a mini to a regular size iPad. Also, the straps that go around your leg are adjustable too. It seems pretty well built and should hold up for quite some time. The adjustments are easy to make. It is a highly functional device and a great value. ... show more
