Update: The manufacturer was kind enough to respond to my concerns by explaining that this formula wasn't designed for allergic reactions. They apologized for the packaging failure and will address that. I am satisfied with their offer of a gift card as compensation. I have never had any company make such a kind gesture. As for my rash, it is slowly responding to a steroid cream prescribed by my Doctor. I guess sometimes it really is best to consult a medical doctor, especially when other remedies don't work. Original review: For starters, the cream was dribbling outside of the jar making a mess to clean up. It smells nice and minty with a smooth creamy texture. But it only made my rash itch more. A Dr just told me it was probably due to an allergic reaction to some plants I was trimming. The rashes have spread over both sides of my inner thighs. I have tried a lot of non steroidal remedies over the past 2 weeks, was really hopeful this would help but I had to wash it off within 20 minutes.
