The attachment works great. Also came with plumbers tape which I was really grateful for. Easy to install. Took me 2 minutes or so. Only issue was I wanted to get it a bit tighter, so I used a clamp wrench and put it on a bit TOO tight...which cracked a part of the plastic. But when I contacted customer service about it, they sent me a new one right away! Works like a charm nonetheless. No leaks. Fits my old showerhead no problem (the old attachment for my showerhead broke, thats why I got this). Highly recommend! ... show more

PROS: Arrived in reasonable time, damage free, really nice packaging. Included a small roll of thin teflon tape and four rubber washers. Installed easily, both threaded ends went on no problem. HAND TIGHTEN then, slightly snug with a wrench to avoid cracking or, creating stress cracks. CONS: The cradle didn't fit my Waterpik product as shown in photo. Stops half way so the shower head frequently falls out during use. The cradle remains in place unless you touch it which in my case, is frequently. It doesn't really tighten to snug. So in my case, I kinda half way fixed the problem.... I can use the shower again but now, I have a new set of issues to deal with! The only thing left to find out is, how long will it last? Or, how long am I willing to tolerate the issues that go along with a product that half way works? ... show more
