This part was a perfect fit for my Neo Bidet and resolved a leaking issue I had after several years of using the original plastic part that came with the unit. It was relatively easy to install and has substantial weight, consistent with a high-quality part. Having a shut-off valve also improves the functionality of the connection.

Easy to install. Better quality than the cheap plastic fitting it replaces. Not sure why others are having so much trouble installing this and cross threading everything. Just take your time, mate up the parts correctly, and don’t overtighten the fittings.

This is a very nice adapter but it didn’t fit on my toilet connection. I got it as an upgrade to the standard connector that came with a Luxe Bidet. I tried it on two different toilets & the threads didn’t match up right. I have Fluidmaster toilet parts with standard 7/8” connection and even though it says it’s compatible it wouldn’t thread right. I went ahead & just used the connector that came with the bidet & it works fine so I returned this one. I was concerned about our high water pressure being too much but the bidet works fine as long as I don’t turn the pressure up very high. If I want to reduce the water pressure at some point I will just turn the water supply knob to the toilet down a little bit to reduce it. So, if you’re wanting this for a bidet connection I would recommend trying the connector that comes with your bidet first & then if you still think you need a regulator there are other brands with 7/8” connections that work. I had also purchased another adapter with water regulator that did fit on one of my toilets with no problem at all. It works but actually I don’t feel it’s necessary. Try the part that came with the bidet first. PROS: Nicely made; attractive; easy adjust knob. I’m sure it works fine if you can attach it. CONS: This wouldn’t thread on my 7/8” toilet connection. T Also, the nut where you screw it on to the toilet is chrome & is slick if your hands are damp & therefore hard to grasp, turn & tighten.

Reviewed: Oct 14, 2024 I bought these to install the Luxe Neo 185 we purchased for a couple bathrooms. It's pretty good build quality. It easily threaded to all the existing parts we had, as well as to the Luxe parts. The knob turns the water on and off easily.

I was very nervous about purchasing the other Luxe bidet t-adapter with 600+ reviews because it seems they are either one star or five star reviews. I thought that with this one having much fewer reviews that were mostly positive I would be safe. I was not. I installed my Luxe bidet and used this instead of the plastic t-adapter. It started leaking immediately after I turned on the water. I disconnected it from the toilet and tried again. Leaked. Repeat. Leaked. I tried disconnecting everything from the t-adapter and started over. Leaked. Out of complete desperation I tried the plastic t-adapter that came with the bidet and there were NO leaks. I ended up buying a third party metal t-adapter I saw many other reviewers mentioned and it works great. I don't understand what the problem is here but this is getting returned.

I was looking to reduce the water pressure to our bidet. I live in an apartment, and the supply line is either on or off. I was pleased to find that Luxe made the exact part with an adjustable valve to regulate the bidet pressure. Installation and fit were exactly like the "T" fitting it replaced. I have only had it installed 1 day, but it working as planned and was reasonably priced for a metal valve part.

Excellent product. Bought a bidet on temu and nothing matched in terms of measurements with our pipes. After three trips to home Depot to buy conversion/connecting parts... The adapter broke anyway. Saw this on Amazon, came a day later, installed it in 3 minutes with the original hardware that was on there previously. No adapters needed, no conversion pipes... Fit like a charm. Absolute steal.
