    • No help whatsoever to resolve my Ciss kit except returning it
No the unit is leaking. Cyan and black ink from the tubes coming out the unit. It’s minimal but I can’t return it because it is filled with expensive ink and I have cut the tubes to install it to my Epson printer. I have asked for a slight reimbursement and I am told I can’t. Don’t know how the unit will work since install it had to do multiple maintenance cleaning for ink to reach the o printer now having to buy a box reset unit. ... show more

    • Takes a while to stop slowly leaking
Leaks, albeit slowly, where the lines connect to the back junction. Blue line leaked across the adapter and up into one of the white lines. Did Power Clean several times and after two weeks, the leaking stopped. Seems to be mixing the white well. So far I’m happy with the overall functionality

I got this to use with a converted epson eco tank. This is a great way to be able to easily refill and keep the white ink agitated without having to lift the whole printer and shake it around. The containers and lids all fit well and it came with new ink tubing that's plenty long to be able to put this CISS setup wherever you need to for your space. ... show more

After taking apart my printer and installing the ciss machine the white started leaking everywhere from inside the ciss machine. Leak isn’t coming from the hoses. Seems internally.

    • Quality not great
Quality control. For the amount of money spent for this, it should contain components that are reliable beyond a couple days of use. I will seek another option. It also leaked at the initial multi-tube connection.
