No help whatsoever to resolve my Ciss kit except returning it
No the unit is leaking. Cyan and black ink from the tubes coming out the unit. It’s minimal but I can’t return it because it is filled with expensive ink and I have cut the tubes to install it to my Epson printer. I have asked for a slight reimbursement and I am told I can’t. Don’t know how the unit will work since install it had to do multiple maintenance cleaning for ink to reach the o printer now having to buy a box reset unit. ... show more

Love their customer service and the product.
Let me just start by saying this product is amazing I love how it keeps my white ink from clumping up and drying. I did start having some issue with the tube and the circulating motor. I messaged the company and advised them about my issue, and they simply sent me a new machine without any hesitation. I am very satisfied with the product and with customer service. Takes a while to stop slowly leaking
Leaks, albeit slowly, where the lines connect to the back junction. Blue line leaked across the adapter and up into one of the white lines. Did Power Clean several times and after two weeks, the leaking stopped. Seems to be mixing the white well. So far I’m happy with the overall functionality
