Tried notifying the company to find out what warranty is, but received no response. Left my daughter and grandchildren stranded 2 times. Have had the vehicle towed 3 times. Once to home, once to repair shop and again to repair shop. Obviously this seller doesn't stand behind their product. It was just putchased on March 13, 2024. I'm very aggravated!

The transmission itself arrived loose in the box which was slightly concerning, but there wasn’t any signs of leaks or damages. Im not sure if its supposed to come this way originally, but its been running in the Pathfinder without any issues for the past 2 months. This only comes with the transmission itself, so if you plan on installing this at home, your going to need your mounting components ready, (transmission/engine mounts, gaskets or fluid, mounting brackets, torque wrench, etc. After lining everything up, the transmission easily bolted onto the engine without any loose crossmembers. Longevity is usually always a concern when installing any part that wasn’t produced by the manufacturer, of course, but as of yet I haven’t noticed any changes in the acceleration, speed, or overall performance.

Pushing 16.2 way too high after 2 days to replace in Infiniti. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. Seller could care less. Even Amazon said they are liable to fix as it frys components in car!!! Costing tons of time and money for malfunctioning product.

THE ITEM UPON RECEIVING WAS USELESS. UNABLE TO ROTATE THE WHEEL OF THE ALTERNATOR . PRE CHECK BEFORE INSTALLATION TOTALLY FAILED. BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NO REFUND YET...IS AMAZON LOOSING ITS TOUCH. NEVER HAD A REFUND TAKING THIS LONG. I NEED MY REFUND. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
