The paddles that came with my kayak were uncomfortable for gripping and not long enough. These paddles are super lightweight, easy to use during long journeys and long enough. I also added some rubber grips I found on Amazon that fit perfectly.

Love the lightweight paddles and they disassemble super easily. Good angle for beginner to intermediate paddlers. My only complaint is the lanyard clips are pretty stiff and it would be nice if they were larger to clip into more things or included a bracelet.
