    • Great frames for small to medium faces -- great coverage and amazing lense clarity.
The Oakley Sutro S sunglasses are a scaled-down version of the original Sutro, designed for smaller to medium head sizes. They are running/cyclying style wrap sunglasses from Oakley. Frame build/quality is top notch and provides a comfortable, lightweight and secure fit that makes these a great companion to take for active sports. My pair came with Prizm grey lenses that provide legendary Oakley clarity, and enhanced contrast. The Unobtainium (Oakley rubber) saddle nose bridge feels good, creates enough of a gap to prevent the lens from fogging and provides a surprisingly good grip, even when sweating. The wrap lenses are large without being intrusive and provide really good coverage. The Prizm grey lenses (when looking at) have a dark grey/smoke appearance. The lens tint (when looking through) has a neutral grey ting, which helps maintain the true color of the objects you are looking at, but still do a great job reducing glare/brightness. Prizm Grey is a fantastic all around lens, great for everything from sunny days to overcast. These are not mirrored lenses, so other people will be able to see your eyes (if that matters to you). Unfortunately, as with all Oakley lenses, while they provide amazing clarity, they are made from polycarbonate and are prone to scratch easily, so you will need to take care of these. A huge benefit is that replacement lenses are easily sources, whether from OEM or aftermarket providers and you will have plenty of lens tint options to choose from. ... show more

I have been using these Oakley Sutro S sunglasses for about a month while cycling and running errands outdoors. The Prizm Road lenses really make colors pop and help me see road details clearly. The fit feels snug but comfortable and stays secure even on long rides. The matte white frame looks sharp and the included eyewear kit keeps everything protected and clean. I never thought I'd wear glasses in this style, but I absolutely love them. They look and feel great on the face. The finish and quality is top notch which is exactly what is expected from Oakley.

They are okay? I think I was a little disappointed with these-I had higher hopes. The lenses are much more transparent than I had hoped for. They are on the narrow side so more for youth, women than men. They are a classic rectangle shape, they are tall though. They're a look! They are pretty decently priced and would make a really well loved gift coming up for the holidays if you have a youth in your life. These sunglasses provide an amazing amount of coverage from all angles. This is really nice, especially for water sports where glare from the water can reflect from any angle. The fit is good for a narrower face and they are very light and comfortable on the face. They are well made and seem like a good value for the price. These glasses have great coverage and nice clear optics. I've had several pairs of Oakleys over the years and always had them feel like they were high quality materials. These are no different. The style is a little unique with a tall lens. They'd be good substitutes for skiing goggles if it were warm enough out.
