I like Oakley sunglasses for both form and function. These are stylish but not gaudy. Plus the dark lens cuts out the light and is protective against UV light from the sun. These are typical of Oakley sunglasses, they're well-built and seem rugged so I can put them on and off without worry about bending or anything like that. The lenses themselves are high-quality. At first I was leery of purchasing high end brand sunglasses without trying them on but the deal could not be beat. They are awesome. They fit perfectly and I dare say actually feel comfortable on the face. No slippage. Great value for the money. The color is perfect. Polarization is literally night and day. I know, I've heard the negative comments about the move to China and change in craftsmanship, but I honestly think they are on par with any pair I've bought over the past 25 years. The lens quality is excellent. I went from old 90's E Wires to the Whisker to the Square Wires. I will miss the tear drop styling of the old ones from a fashion standpoint, but from a functional standpoint your getting much better coverage and I get much less light in from the edges. They contour my face perfectly. They do weigh slightly more than the Whisker, 30 grams to 26, but for that 4 grams your getting more lens. The optics in my Black Iridium Polarized lens is crystal clear. Oakley quality is just awesome, my Whiskers still have great optics 9 years after purchase wearing them several times a week. The frames seem very light but sturdy and enough wire bend to contour and bend. I would highly recommend anyone that liked E wires to give them a try. Maybe they are not for everyone, but they make a great set for driving, sports or just about anything on the beach on a bright sunny day. Maybe too dark for every situation but that's why I have my Maui Jims. ... show more

The glasses are nice and fit well. Very sturdy, and don't have those crappy spring loaded arms. Packaging was terrible. Mine came in a crushed thin cardboard box. Luckily the glasses were okay and straight.

Waste of money. The only (2) positive points about these sunglasses: 1. light weight, and 2. The shape. The negatives: 1. They turn even the asphalt & concrete road GREEN. 2. Their is distortion at longer distances trying to read road signs. 3. Most don't, but if you have head/s up display like I do, you will not be able to read the numbers even if it is on the highest level of brightness. Good brand, poor product. ... show more
