I’m 5’11”, 210 lbs, 43” chest, a little chunky, a lot a bit dad-bod haha and the Large fits perfect. I wear an XL t-shirt but the XL was too big, it was overlapping in the front, and looked massive on me. So I bought a LARGE to see how that did and the large fits like it was taylor made for me. If you’re similar to my shape at all, go for the large. Or do what I did; buy both sizes, try them on, and return the one that doesn’t fit. Be safe out there! ... show more

This is not a comfortable neoprene vest; it is a cheaply made nylon vest. Having said that, you aren't going to find a better vest for the money.
