I had bought a small jar from walmart and absolutely loved it. We went through the small jar pretty quickly so i decided to buy the larger jar from amazon. The product looked the same but did not feel or work the same, my hands burned and the lotion just sat on my skin. I recently bought another small jar from walmart and its totally different than this product, it smells different, feels creamier, absorbs into the skin, and actually heals my dry hands. Be careful what you buy, this isn't the first time i've bought something off amazon and have it turn out to be a fake. I use this hand cream all the time. Helps my dry cracked hands alot. And it is sealed under the cover which I really like due to worrying about covid-19. I use it during the day and I don't have to use alot a little seems to go along way. It dose not smell bad. And it feels good on my hands. Makes them feel soft . but I always put it on at night and put extra on and that seems to work really well over night. Also a container last me a while but where I wash my hands more and sanitizer alot my hands are so dry and I have been using more of this cream so I say a container last me around 3 months as before I could buy one container a year. Works great on my hands would definitely recommend this. Also picture shows before using hand cream and after so u can see its not greasy and show how it helps. my hands look bad because I ran out and just got more in the mail. One more thing I only put a small amount on my pinky finger and that enough for my hands. Last picture is my after picture so u can see how it helps the dryness . I am a software executive whose cuticles dry out in winter. All my life, every year they crack, peel and turn into awful unsightly, bloody hangnails. Then, due to my fidgety ways, I can't leave them alone and that only makes them worse. Let me tell you there is nothing more embarrassing then being in a board room with your CEO and other "bigwigs" and having to hide your hands like a child because they look so awful. For years I use Burt Bees cuticle balm in the little tin. It works OK, but you have to apply it several times a day for WEEKS to get your hands to heal up. After reading the reviews, I decided to give O'Keefs a try, even though my hands aren't technically "working hands". :-D All I have to say is WOW. Following the advice of another reviewer, I decided to try some intensive therapy. I applied O'Keefes liberally to my cuticles and put on a pair or Aurelia Nitrile gloves (the blue ones here on Amazon) before bed so it could stay moist and soak in all night. The morning after the first night, I swear they looked 100% better. And after about 7-10 days of doing this ALL my cuticles are completely healed for the first winter in my life! This product seems to be able to penetrate rough, thickened, "lichen" like skin that has been repeatedly abused, and allow it to heal. It's like magic. If you have chronic issues with your cuticles like me, do yourself a favor and try this. It really works! ... show more

I love this product and use it daily. I'm a medical student and have to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer constantly and this keeps my hands from cracking and bleeding, especially in the winter. I removed a star because the last value size container I bought was 5.4 oz and this value size container is listed as 6.8 oz but it is EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AS THE 5.4 oz CONTAINER so unless the density if the product has increased somehow O'Keeffe's is falsy advertising a 25% increase in the amount you get in the value sized container. My only other concern is that it may be a counterfeit product but that seems unlikely because it is working just as well as it always has ... show more

Delivering mail in cold, hands dry out from letters and freeze from opening mail boxes and just exposure. Had fingers start bleeding from cracks. Tried a dozen other products, all of them with some sort of smell and greasy. This has no smell at all, and is more chalky than greasy. Actually improved grip. This stuff is a life saver. I hand sanded the baseboards and crown moulding in our dining room and that, combined with the cold dry air and the fact that I wash my hands probably 20 times a day left me with reptilian hands. My skin snagged on clothes as I folded the laundry and itched so bad that I would scratch myself raw. Other lotions only provided relief for the few seconds that I was applying them to my hands. I found O'Keeffe's Working Hands, read the reviews, and decided to give it a try. First amazing thing was that the lotion provided relief from the horrible itching, even after I was no longer rubbing it into my skin. Second amazing thing was that my hands were so much better in just a few days, and I only applied the lotion maybe 3 times a day - morning, during the day, and right before going to sleep - (and also tried to limit the hand washing). If you're like me and no lotion seems to be working for you, give this stuff a try. And a tip, you don't have to apply a lot for it to work. Just rub your fingers flat over the hard lotion (don't dig into the lotion) and that should be plenty. It lasts a long time that way. ... show more

I have dry hands....dry skin....i am a compulsive hand washer. My poor hands get cracked, split and bleed even in the warmer months. I do lot of crafts so my hands are busy. I keep O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream on my night stand and apply it right before going to sleep. It works it's magic while i am sleeping. There is no smell...it absorbs rapidly. You can feel the difference in your hands when you wake. Your hands are soft and no longer cracked. There is no scent and no residue. I am not sure what magic O'Keeffe's has discovered to make this stuff perfect, but I am glad I found this hand cream. GET IT AND USE IT. The only thing I am not certain about is...there is an odd difference in consistency in the jar of hand cream versus the tube hand cream. They both work like a dream...but you can feel there is a difference in them. Buy it...you wont be sorry and you will make sure to stock up on it. ... show more
