The instructions are simple: put your clean foot in the pouch and wait an hour before taking them off and washing off the left over residue. You will not feel or see anything after the 1 hour. I did not have peeling until 4 days after. The peeling started on the middle of the bottom of my feet and then over another 3 days worked it’s way up to the top of my foot. It does make your feet shed a ton, so it is absolutely necessary to wear socks those 3/4 days your feet are peeling otherwise you will have dead skin going every where. I did make the mistake of doing this foot peel only 8 days prior to having to go to a wedding. The package says peeling will be 1-2 weeks after doing the treatment. As noted above, I peeled a little bit earlier than it stated and for the wedding where I had to wear open heels, I just had lotion with me and constantly put lotion on to help hide the constant peeling and no one noticed for one night. My feet were SO soft and all the calluses were gone after the peeling was done. My feet do not feel thinner than normal which I was slightly afraid since a layer of skin is now gone. So much better than any scrub I’ve gotten at a salon or even using the pumice stone. It’s been a month and a half since I did the peel and my feet are still so smooth. So worth the price for just 3/4 times a year max. Just do lotion in between to help make the results last.

This works!! I do hate the process. I’m a diabetic and so my feet get super dry and I then get a lot of feet callus build up no matter how many times I use a pumice stone and moisture. I tried this out and my feet are so soft. I hate that it makes my dryness feel even more dry I ended up using my electric foot tool to remove all the peeelings. I can’t stop rubbing my feet together lol I wish I took before and after pics.

Very interesting for sure. You leave these bags on your feet for a bit then over the next week your feet start to peel. Kinda gross and reminded me of a snake.... It did make my feet feel new and super soft. I have a foot condition were I get chronic blisters and wanted to give this a try. It peeled and made my feet look really nice and even.

This is the best foot peel product on the market! I am allergic to lavender so I I love the men's mint peel. This peel is easy to use/apply and effective. I use it regularly and have for years. I do let the peel sit for longer than advised because I have thick calluses and need the extra assistance. It's also a great excuse to pamper myself and rest for a bit while it's on. It also smells pretty nice.

Didn’t do much and I followed the directions exactly. Waste of money. Edit: At least the company gave me a refund. So I have to give them a lot of credit for that.

Bought this for my husband who refuses to go get a pedicure. My daughter recommended this product as she loves the same product for women. The product came with clear and easy instructions for use. After applying and removing the booties as per instructions, he then waited for it to do it's "magic". He stated his feet started itching really bad over the first few days after the initial application, but his feet never peeled. He eventually just ended up using a brush and pumas stone in the shower and those products gave him the results he wanted, not the Baby Foot.
