So I use this for both my hands and feet. My heels get cracked to the point of bleeding if I do not use it. When it comes to hands - they are very dry, crack and bleed in the winter when it’s cold, especially between fingers. I tried a ton of different things. Ton of them and nothing worked. If I am consistently using it my heels are soft and beautiful and so are my hands. It’s not heavy or greasy, it’s inexpensive and IT WORKS. I really LOVE this product. I have not used it for years and order a 6-pack when I can get it at a good price. I used it only once per day -- at night as I crawl into bed. My feel stay nice and soft; in fact, my children comment about it as I somehow now managed to get dog hairs stuck in my feet, from time-to-time, and they have to get tweezers and get them out.
