Almost everything about this headset is great but just barely manages to not get there. Sound quality is mediocre. Sounds muddy/muffled, doesn't matter if you use it in USB or 3.5mm. No oomph to the bass, and treble sound tinny. Also, the max volume is too low in my opinion. Comfort is surprisingly great. Leather feels a bit cheap and the headset is *too* light in my opinion making it feel cheap, but actually putting them on my head they feel pretty great. Clamp feels just right, not too loose or too tight. They can extend quite a bit so big head dudes like me are good to go. Microphone is a mixed bag, the actual quality is very good, but it does tend to pick up sounds coming from the headset a tiny bit. I tested this with a friend on discord, and yeah it does sometimes pick up audio from your headset but it's very subtle, and can only be heard while you're talking and if it's loud. This is honestly more of a nitpick but hey it shouldn't happen at all, just saying. Build quality is pretty good actually, I know I wrote that it's too light and the leather feels cheap, but everything else feels pretty solid. Plastics are high quality plastics, and the metal used feels good. Design of the headset is definitely the reason you're getting this headset (or because of the price), it's a very clean and minimalistic looking headset which for some people is worth buying alone. Overall, I don't really recommend this headset purely because the sound quality is just not very good. The rest I can get by with, but the sound quality should be better than this, even at this price point. ... show more

Honestly I don't even know what this thing is but it was in my grandsons birthday gift list so I got it for him. He was blown away that i got it for him and was so excited to start using it for whatever it does. All I know is he is as happy as a clam with it haha

It doesn’t work on my pc correctly. I’ve troubleshot a billion things and eventually I just said f it. It’s in my closet collecting dust. All it did was stay on one input and the knob wouldn’t even work right. Waste of money I’d rather just buy a regular hub to switch between audio inputs or even a key macro pad with customizable software, save your money and just buy a $10 stand for your headphones. Headphones worked great, only problem is the leather on the top head band just came off the foam head band. Had them for a little under a year before this happened, I've had great luck with NZXT products but I would avoid this one.

I was really excited to use this -- the headphone/speaker switching is exactly what I had been looking for, and the integrated DAC was a great plus! I ended up returning this after testing it only briefly due to two reasons: 1. This was much taller than I expected, far taller than any other headphone stand I've used before. I'm not sure why they made it like that! It was impeding my view of my second monitor, and that wasn't OK with me. 2. I already have a mixer, so I don't need all of the extra features like volume and balance control. That's on me, not a fault of the company... But I wish someone would make this exact same product -- the headphone/speaker switcher -- without all the fluff. Let me bring my own DAC/AMP, let me use my own mixer, I just want to be able to switch between them quickly! I'm sure this is a good product deserving of a higher rating, but for my needs, personally, it was too much -- both physically and functionally. ... show more

The device works flawlessly the only issues I have had was that I would have to unplug it and replug it in on occasion as it didn't power when the system did but unplugging the USB and back in solves the issue. not sure that the issue is that caused the USB not to send power but it works great
