So this white eyeliner has great pigment and is easy to apply! My only reason for removing a star is that the formula is a little thick, so but you just have to make sure you do lighter layers! That was my only downfall.

Great eyeliner. I own these in so many colors. Got white and yellow- both are great. Application brush makes putting it on quite easy. Yellow isn't *super* bright but I think it is vivid enough, just don't expect neon.

It applies really smoothly and doesn't move as long as you don't accidentally scrape it, but as others noted, it can flake off in chunks if you do happen to itch by accident. Also has a somewhat strong odor a bit like whiteout, though its not terrible.
