The first order I got came completely smashed and there was eyeshadow all over the inside of the box as well as the outside of the other items shipped with it. NYX is my favorite makeup brand! It is not expensive, but it lasts just as long as high-end brands! I have gone swimming so many times with a fully made-up face, and my makeup stayed in place. Other people commented that they couldn't believe my makeup was still on and wasn't running down my face. Their colors are so well-pigmented that a little goes a long way. NYX eyeshadows and lipsticks are so easy to put on, you don't need a lot, or you can glam it up and won't even have to touch up. This particular palette is one of my favorites.
