Casing was cracked and obviously packaged and shipped that way. Can't advance the liner as the turning function doesn't work. Other than that, product works pretty much as described. I don't wear foundation so i think that's why it smudges and wears off for me faster.

This is not a twist up pencil. They actually expect you to sharpen it with a sharpener when it's in a plastic tube. Ridiculous. The tube cracks and splits when you try to sharpen it. What a piece of garbage. I will not be buying this or any other pencils from NYX again.
