As soon as I placed this turtleneck over my head, I immediately knew I’d be disappointed. Granted, I do not have a large head. Maybe it’s the volume of my shoulder-length hair that made it difficult to pull the turtleneck over my face. No, that was not the case. The neck was tight…suffocating to say the least. As soon as I wore the black turtleneck I ordered, I immediately went out and ordered 2 more in a different color! These are soft and a good weight - a really nice fabric that isn't bulky but not thin either. The neck is quite snug which might be a problem for some, but for me it's a feature because I don't like droopy turtlenecks. I live in turtlenecks (layered) in the winter since I live in New England and I'm so happy to have a bunch of really nice ones, at such a good price. I waited until I washed it to leave a review and was thrilled when it came out as nice - or nicer - than when it went in. Black is a nice deep color, no trace of gray or fade at all. This shirt is sooo comfortable and warm, fits like a glove. The materials are pretty good quality. I didn’t get a chance to wash it yet, but if it comes out okay after the wash, I’m planning to get more in different colors. The price is also reasonable. I am very much recommend this!

This fit well except for the fact that it is very long, like practically covers my bum long. It’s still doable if you tuck it in or roll it under. It it is soft and thick enough that it isn’t see through. It is not a sweater type material. I typically wear a M in tops.

My wife ordered a medium when she usually wears a small and wishes she stuck to her usual size. It’s more form fitted and great to layer. It’s more medium weight and you can wear it alone.
