This is a Very Good and Close to Excellent Smartphone for the price. It's has a Very good Quality Build to it and its works Great. I bought this NUU N10 to test it out and to see if I like it. And to see if the NUU Smartphone Brand is one that I will be choosing, buying, and using NUU Smartphones in the Future! So far, it's been Great and it Exceeds my Expectations. I Like it a lot and Love it! I have two Smartphones. I have a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G which I bought first and now I have this a NUU N10. I love both Smartphones and I plane to use both Smartphones constantly for me personally, and at home and work. If you want a Good Quality Smartphone for a Budget price and want something other than a Samsung, ( There is Nothing Wrong with Samsung) or other Major Brand Android phones, you should Try and Check out NUU Smartphones on the NUU Website. They have Various Smartphones that work on Various Cellphone Carriers. Right now I'm Using the Samsung Galaxy A14 5g and The Nuu N10 and these Smartphones should last me at least another 4 to 5 years before I need to replace them. This is a good functional smart phone for under $100. The biggest flaw is it echoes sometimes on speaker phone, so if you use that feature a lot, I wouldn't recommend this model. Also, a second one I bought for a family member just wouldn't charge. But the company was responsive and I'm sending it back at my own expense. But this unit works well overall, so I'm just taking one star off for the echo problem. It can be fixed by taking the person off speaker for a second and putting them back on, but it's annoying for the person on the receiving end of the call.

DO NOT BUY. The phone started off fast and then it slowly started to slow down. The operating system will not receive any updates. I use this phone to run and play Pokémon go and Pokémon go ONLY. The phone can’t support a single app running. I can’t begin to imagine how it would fair with normal cellphone usage and multiple apps running. The phone case it came with came in damaged, stained. When I contacted support they said they didn’t sell cases for this phone. It’s almost impossible to find one for the phone. They stated the case included was a courtesy and not covered under the manufactures warranty. I was given no resolution as to what I could do. Amazon would have charged me a restocking fee to process the return. So I cut my loses.

I buy and test a lot of phones to compare performance between brands and other general specifications. For under $100 this phone is a great value. The camera is only so so but perfectly functional - however people buying a phone at this price point probably aren’t concerned about top line picture quality. The call quality and battery life are excellent as is the 128 Gig of storage. The phones 1.6 GHz processor combined with four gigs of actual RAM and four gigs of additional virtual RAM move the phone along nicely for multitasking 3-4 tasks without issue. I really like the fact that the phone came with not only a charger and cable, but a functional screen protector and case. That alone saves $10-$15 in extra cost. Note this phone only supports T-Mobile and its resellers in the US. So no AT&T or Verizon. But if you want this for a backup phone or for a high school student it’s an excellent choice as lots of Tmobile resellers (like Tello and Metro by Tmobile) offer a range of cost-effective prepaid plans that won’t break the bank. The phone is 4G only but I had no problems getting a strong signal for calls and respectable download speeds. I think NUU is onto something with quality build low cost phones that meet a variety of consumer needs. I plan to buy a few other models of their phones to see if performance is just as consistent but I’m very pleased with this purchase. As a last point this phone is dual SIM, and also supports a microSD card to expand storage if you only use one SIM card.

It is not a dependable phone. The photo quality is very poor. And the cellular connection is also very bad. I have a iPhone SE with the same SIM card in Italy. This Nuu N10 had mega problem to get signal but my old iPhone SE has no issue to get cellular signal at all. At the very beginning, I thought it is the Windtree signal coverage is not good but my wife's iPad has no issue of dropping signal. Later on, I switched the Windtree SIM to iPhone SE. All the signal dropping issue disappeared. Originally, I thought the large display on N10 is a plus but constantly lossing signal making google map impossible to guide me in Italy. It is the biggest issue for this phone.
