If I could give this phone zero stars for a rating I would. I know we all get clumsy and drop our phones from time to time. It's inevitable. But even with a screen protector and case cover, this phone is still very prone to extreme damage when dropped. I bought it for my son and just like everyone else, he dropped it a few times. The screen cracked even with a protector and developed these black splotches all over it. The back of the phone had a crack in it as well which leads me to believe that maybe the case protector that Amazon suggests you buy along with this is probably not sufficient. While my son was at school, the phone started making a bizarre sound and was emitting a weird smell. He and a friend immediately took it outside where it short circuited and blew up as you can see in the picture. I praise God that this did not happen while he was holding it , sleeping, or driving . I will never buy a phone from NUU again! I have had Samsungs, Motorolas, LGs, and other Android brands; have dropped them numerous times, and have never had one react in this way. When we first unpackaged this phone, I thought it looked cheaply made, and now my suspicions are justified. ... show more

So far, this phone works great. Sound comes in really good, and its durable. Love the color of it and its a bit lighter than some smartphones; which is good for me. Battery life is wonderful; i can leave it off of the charger from one day to the next and it is at 95%. It pretty good for the price. Memory is good. Got this for my teenage son. The phone seems to work well, but is perhaps more brittle than I am accused to, he dropped it while trading the case and the BACK shattered. Hoping it still works, but disappointed in it's durability. Also, having a hard time finding a good case for it.

I got the phone for my husband. He looses phones constantly so he doesn’t have any higher end ones. This is the second one of this brand he has and has like them very much. He mainly uses it for calling and texting and watching youtube videos. I got it a case as well to protect it from drops.
