I’ve tried tons of pre workouts and I usually hate the taste of most of them so I just try and take them like a shot. This one tastes amazing and I can casually drink it during my workout without cringing. I love the ingredients in it as well. Incredible value for the amount you get too.

I buy both liquid and pill form B12, these are when I’m low on liquid. They’re not too large and are a pink color in person. I hope they’re working, have to check my levels to be sure. Price was okay also.

This brand of Vit12 is easy on the empty stomach and works fast. Gives you energy and there is no need for caffeine in the morning. I have tried multiple brands of Vitamin B but so far this is the only one with no any discomfort or side effects for me.
