El problema de calificar suplementos es que muchas veces nuestro cuerpo no los necesita o no son los apropiados para nuestra situación de salud y al tomarlos no vemos cambios o mejorías, como si los vería alguien que tiene algún déficit o problema por el cual necesite el suplemento. En mi caso con este creo que ha pasado eso, lo compré para aumentar el rendimiento físico en gimnasio, pero no he visto mayores cambios, no siento más energía o fuerza, pero tampoco siento que me haya hecho algun daño, pero como dije, puede que sea porque mi cuerpo no lo necesita o no lo acepta bien. Lo sigo tomando, pero para la próxima probaré otra marca, no porque esta no sirva, he tomado otros suplementos de nutricost y han funcionado bien, más porque creo que no es la adecuada para mi. Noticed an energy and mood boost taking these I’m in perimenopause and it also brought my cycle back which was 100 days late ,helps libido as well. Notice no smell or taste feel like it’s good quality supplement.

I've bought four different products from nutricost so far, and all of them are easy to consume, so far I have not noticed any side effects nor I have had any bad reactions to them, they are odorless, and I would say they are effective. I Will buy again.
