This product is being repurposed for intestinal leakage which it heals in one single dose . Please be extremely careful with this product especially if you have a heart condition. If you're over 70 do not take this product. I've done my homework with sports medicine and only take with a doctor's notice

They are very difficult to swallow !! I do not have an issue with pills as large as these, but the difficulty is a combination of the size and the texture of the pill itself . Trying to swallow it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts with a mouthful of water.
