Ok L-Citruline does work , if you're wanting to get gains in bedroom you can not just take 2 pills a day and that's it! The recommended daily dosage for L-Citruline to help with ED is 4 - 6 grams daily that equals to about 6 to 8 capsules since each is 750mg. If you're taking the dosage on bottle it won't work, I'm going thru a 180 pill bottle in about two weeks. With that being said , the problem I have encountered , is that in every bottle I have purchased there has been 2 -3 empty capsules were the powder is spilled all inside the bottle! probably capsules not sealed correctly during production. that's 2-3 less pills each bottle.
