Update 6/23/19: I just ordered another one. I’ve been very pleased with the existing on. I don’t have the right set-up one large fridge. And I have some very nice wines I’d like to age. My original one is full. I’ve been very happy with my original purchase. No issues. And the fridge keeps both my reds and whites at the perfect temperature. Updated: 5/26/19: I've had my fridge about a month now and I really love it. I haven't been drinking a lot of wine but have stocked it with some of my favorites. I wished I'd purchased a larger one. I have several cases that I keep in a closet that I'd prefer to fridge. The unit is super quiet, and maintains 55 constantly. I keep my house cool. Possibly that has something to do with it. And summer hasn't hit here yet. Only thing I would say is a con, it does not fit the wider wine bottles. Certain areas of the fridge will, but that's about 2 places on the rack. I have larger bottles I'd like to fridge but can't. I was impressed the first time I pulled a bottle of white. It was the perfect temp. Most people drink their whites too cold and reds too warm. I sat mine atop a table up off the floor. It's easier to access than bending down and picking through the selection. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just received this little gem. It may be premature to rate it but what the heck. Here are my comments: Packaging: Solid, packed tight, no dents or dings - 5 stars Delivery: Came when promised - 5 stars Appearance exterior: Very nice, slim contemporary design. Nice smoked glass door. - 5 stars Appearance interior: simple, nothing elaborate. Laid out as described. Soft blue on/off interior light (nice) - 5 stars Assembly: None - 5 stars Temperature: Once I plugged it in, it cooled to 55 degrees F fairly quickly, empty. I didn't have to do anything. If you want to change it you press the settings icon and wait for the beep (this unlocks the controls). Then adjust using the up/down arrows. Once you scroll to the desired temp, it flashes. There are no instructions on how to save the setting so I just pressed the setting icon again and it stopped flashing. Note: opening the fridge or stocking will cause the temp to rise. I should have stocked it 1st, then plugged it in. When I opened to stock, it jumped up to 71 (I had it open for awhile and I stocked 12 bottles). The temp did return to it's original setting. Takes several hours though. Storage: As the reviews indicate, fat bottles aren't ideal. And they will not fit in the upright open-bottle compartment. Some of my bigger bottles did fit. I used the top shelf for those. And for the stand-up space, I'm using for slimmer unopened bottles. - 4 stars Noise: None. Very quiet - 5 stars Size: Since it's only 25" high, I ended up putting it on a table. It's best sitting on a counter top so you don't have to bend down to look inside. - 5 stars All in all, I'm happy with what I've experienced so far. So I give it a 4.5 - 5 stars. Lots of research before purchase. So many units, options, sizes! A bit OCD for a novice wine connoisseur. In short, easy setup out of the box, quick no issue start up, very quiet. Minor damage to packaging but product well protected. Hinge screw cover and adjusting leg loose but easily found. Trying to decide between single or dual zone, compressor or thermoelectric power. Liked flexibility of dual zone but maybe overkill for my collection and anticipated length of storage. Did like the full range temperature adjustment for both zones for more flexibility to which zones you use for your varieties. Many other units temperature adjustment ranges dictated which zone to keep wines at a warmer setting. And sometimes seemingly conversely, cold on top, warm on the bottom. Went with compressor rather than thermoelectric. Questionable reviews on thermoelectric regarding temperature control, energy efficiency, and durability. But alleged shortcomings with compressor type is noise and vibration. Yep, guessing there is more noise compared to thermoelectric but subtle and not at all offensive to me! Probably same for vibration but again very minor to me! If any vibration is considered not good for proper long term aging of deep reds than this isn't the best. But again maybe not a concern for my use. Didn't see any mention of light protection in product description but glass door is lightly tinted or smoked making it appear dark in cabinet. Can't say if this is sufficient for so call UV light protection. Just saying, in my opinion, if you are like me and just looking for a good safe storage option with flexibility, quiet well controlled operation, smaller unit, and not great concern for long term storage then can't beat this unit for great value! ... show more

10/26/20 - I am reviewing this product based on the arrival condition and setup. I will update this review after the unit sits upright for a few days to make sure all the coolant returns to the proper place. It is recommended to let it sit for 2 hours prior to turning on in the instruction manual. A more cautious method is to let it sit the same number of days it took to ship. The product was packaged very securely, however, upon first inspection it looks like I have a large but slight dent in the top of my unit. The packaging was not damaged but I would guess someone stepped on the box and the pressure was sent to the top of the unit. We will see if this will have any negative effects. It also has a small scratch on the top. The unit arrives with the door handles off, it requires 4 Phillips head screws to attach. The mounting mechanism is a plastic tab inside the door. If you put even the slightest amount of extra force the plastic tab will break and fall into the door and you will have to DIY a connection. This happened to be with 1 of the 4 bolts. I used a longer bolt of the same thread size and a washer to connect it, as seen in the photos. This tab should be metal or a similar method to how I constructed it rather than a thin piece of plastic. The doors are slightly misaligned, I am sure you can adjust it to be even but it's another thing that should be correct from the factory. Overall, the unit looks very nice. I purchased the stainless steel version. The handles are much more if a shiny brushed steel and don't match the door exactly. As I said above, I will update this review to comment on how it works temperature after it has sit for a few days. 10/29/20 - After waiting for any coolant to settle, I plugged it in and the temps read roughly 70 degrees F. It look roughly 30 minutes to come down to 55 and 48. The actual compressor really isn't that loud. All of my other mini fridges and chest freezers are much louder, however, the actuator that turns it on/off is pretty loud and obnoxious. You do lose your temp when you open the door since its so small, but it quickly comes back down to temp. The temperature LEDs are obnoxiously bright and I can't find a way to turn them off or dim them. They are way brighter than the inside LEDs which leave a bit to be desired. Ultimately it is cooling my wine appropriately. I may add a test bottle of water with a thermometer to really test it's ability to hold temperature. Time will tell. Will update appropriately. 11/05/20 - After having this cooler for a couple weeks I'm updating my review to 4 stars. It seems to keep temperature, although I haven't measured it for accuracy. It does turn on/off quite frequently so it seems to stay within a small range. So far so good. Removing on star for the silly handle install mechanism and overly bright front LEDs. If anything goes astray I'll be updating. But for now this is working as it should and looks nice. 12/31/20 - I've been wondering where a sound was coming from for awhile now. It's an electric arc sound and it occasionally comes from this cooler. I've been standing near it while it happens when the compressor kicks in occasionally. It's a bit worrying to say the least and is quite loud. Will contact the manufacturer because the sound alones makes this seem like a fire hazard. ... show more
