I have to say this product is quite the powerhouse! The one concern I have though is the plastic cup that they give to you that has measurements on the side, some people use this to make smoothies. I used it to make smoothies myself and notice that the bottom does get scratched and I am concerned that even small pieces of plastic that might not be seen with the human eye from those scratches could get into a smoothies and then of course into our bodies! So I have decided not to use the cup to make smoothies in but instead use my Vitamix blender which I was originally using anyway. Otherwise this product is fantastic at emulsifying anything you'd like to blend. I use it in soups which is usually my favorite way of using it. Highly recommended!

Bought this to puree my baby's meals. It worked perfectly I even pureed steak. I've been using it everyday for 3 months and still works great. I bought a different brand before and didn't even compare to this one. Easy to use and easy to clean which is a priority when you have a little one there is always so many dishes. Got it 6 months ago and so far, so good. I love the hardiness of this blender and the size is perfect for salad dressings and smoothies for 2 as well as all the fad cottage cheese recipes right now.

This emulsion blender works flawlessly. I make a lot of homemade mayonnaise. The cord does get in the way. Would probably go cordless if I ever needed to replace.

Wow! So far I'm impressed. I've only used it a couple of times to blend meals soft/small enough to eat through my tight jaw (severe TMJ.) It took me 30 seconds to blend an entire po-boy skillet into a po-baby skillet. Then I spent 2 more minutes cleaning it. Previously, when I tried this with my old blender, I blended for 10 minutes and it still didn't get all the chunks out because the food stuck to the bottom. The Nutribullet required no stirring. I did, however, pulse it on low, rather than running it hot for the entire 30 seconds. I felt this allowed the food to settle a bit in the center, and prevented the motor from getting too hot. Cleaning was easy, but not as straight-forward as I was hoping. I tried putting soapy water in the cutting bowl (or whatever you call it) and blending that with the lid tight. The water pored out of it and made a mess on the counter. So I would either have to re-plug it into the outlet near the sink for this, or place it in a large frying pan to catch the water with this method. On my last run I simply washed the container and blade with my dish brush instead. I suppose I could try putting the lid on and shaking the soapy water over the sink instead.... I simply wiped the motor handle with a rag sprayed with a little cleaning solution. I like that the blade come out of the cutting bowl so easily and you can get all of your food out without a problem. I don't like that the bowl is made of thin, fragile plastic. I don't feel it will last long, and I don't feel it's sturdy enough to eat from regularly. But I paid $32 for the entire set! I don't expect Pyrex glass for that price. Now, where to store it? I will update after I use it more....

I love this immersion blender so much. I haven’t used the whisk attachment but everything else is perfect. I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s still working. I love the chopper that comes with it as well because it makes the vegetables I chop super fine.

To me…this was so worth $40! The immersion blending part purées food so quickly and easily. I can make baby food purée in a quick couple minutes and it’s smooth enough for a 5 month old starting out. I can just easily twist off the immersion blender and rinse it in seconds. It’s SO simple! We’ve done fresh apples, green beans, bananas etc and all have turned out smooth. I’m not using it for soups but I’m sure it could purée soup easily! I’m using the Immersion part for just the baby. The other part my husband uses a lot and same easy and simple twist on etc. I have used it once to make an avocado sauce which also turned out smooth and yummy! My husband has made other sauces that also turned out really great too! And he is picky about his sauce. Oh and it’s super easy storage. Haven’t used the whisk yet but wouldn’t matter if I loved or hated that part because I love the other parts enough to not care! Anyway, we are glad we purchased it and got the warranty just in case, but so far it’s a gem in our home.
