Was really excited about this adventure. It showed damaged and shipping it back is extremely annoying as obviously this isn't a small product. Have to lug it all the way to my post office. For the price it's all very irritating. Not to mention the shipping return labels provided didn't cover the cost! So on top of a 1500 product showing busted, I had to pay almost $200 for shipping! I love the design and the lights work well in my unit. My pump system doesn’t work and customer service either can’t figure out how to troubleshoot and fix it or they aren’t interested. There are not a lot of options with the entire setup so we decided to go with this one as we are newer to using hydroponics. The idea of all in one is the only thing I can say I like about this system. The setup is extremely difficult and time consuming. Some of the pieces came cracked but we were still able to use them and the idea of taking it apart was so awful we decided to fix and use what we could to make it work. There are still pieces that we have no idea what they go to or their use. Once we got it setup the electronic settings are a nightmare and the instruction manual does NOT help. Then when we added water to the tub below we realized that the main tank had a huge crack in it leaking all over the floor again another fix we had to do. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PATIENCE! ... show more
