I am using a lot of different hair loss interventions. I do believe Nutrafol to be the most impactful. I noticed my hair was thinning back in 2019 and was diagnosed with female pattern baldness in May 2024. The last 6 months, I added Nutrafol to my regimen. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night to avoid any irritation to my stomach. I do not miss a dose, I have reminder alarms set to ensure consistency. My photos are showing center part, December 2024 vs May 2024, and side part, December 2024 vs May 2024. The center part is straight vs curly styled hair but the side part is curly vs curly. Lighting is similar. There’s noticeable improvement of my hair density. I wish I had before photos to show how much longer my hair grew but shared a current photo only. Here’s what else I do in addition to Nutrafol: 2x a day 5% men’s minoxidil 2x a day rosemary water Nightly scalp massages 2x a week microneedling Monat shampoo and conditioner every 3 days Laser therapy every other day Donna’s recipe to combat severe dryness, as needed Sleep with hair braided, using satin bonnet and satin pillowcase Coconut oil, 2x a week proceeding wash Weekly deep conditioning mask Many of the aforementioned practices started back in 2019. I started the laser therapy at the same time as Nutrafol. Good luck to you on your hair journey. Reversing hair loss is expensive, time consuming, and stressful; it is worth it when you start to see results, improving your confidence.

The product wasn’t in my mailbox. I wanted this product because I had paid two other of the same Nutrafol before. I like the product. It was not in my mailbox. I paid for it but didn’t get it.

I notice my hair doesn't shed that much when I shower anymore and it's been almost a month of taking these supplements. I haven't noticed hair growth yet, but I'm goingnto give it a few more months of taking it and come back to review again.

I started purchasing this hair growth supplement around July or August last year. The bottle I received in December was only opened recently, and I found that two of the capsules had broken. The powder spilled all over inside the bag. Is it still safe to take, or should I stop using it?

I've been taking Nutrafol since December, and I will not say these are bad. But maybe my expectations were too much. It has shown some thickness in my hair, a little less hair loss, and somehow, I feel these helped with my nails too because they definitely feel stronger and they're more in shape since I started taking these. I struggle with my scalp being shown and so I was expecting some kind of growth by now but the wide lining remains the same. As good as they were to me, I'm a have to go in a different direction unfortunately.. 😔

At five months postpartum, I began taking these daily after experiencing significant hair thinning. Despite reducing the recommended regimen of 4 pulls down to 3 pills a day, the results have been impressive. Both my hairstylist and I have noticed substantial hair growth, particularly with the sprouting (lol) of baby hairs along my hairline and part. As a new mom, witnessing this aspect of my body returning to normal is truly encouraging, even as other areas take a bit longer to adjust. Remember, fellow mama, postpartum recovery is a gradual process, and it's important to be patient and give yourself grace as your body heals and adapts. Everyone’s journey is different!
