Initially there was an issue with their tracking system saying it was delivered even though I hadn’t received it but they use a 3rd party to get it to UPS (in my situation). I reached out to the seller and they informed me of this along with the correct tracking/delivery time (which was in par with what was expected at the time of order). Just received it a little earlier than expected and all I have to do is put on the drawer handles! No dings or anything. This product is terrible! A waste of money and time. The drawers open only ¾ and you cannot see or get to files in the back! The edges are sharp and will cut you! The pendeflex files don't stay on track because there is no barrier bar to keep them from sliding forward off track. To return it will require considerable effort and unnecessary time. I'm so disappointed! This was a $125 +! I expected more quality. I do not have help to return, and now I've lost my money. I'm an octogenarian and can't afford this. This company should be ashamed of itself for not practicing full disclosure on the faults of its product! I want my money back or some compensation! I physically can't return it!
