If you’re using for gout supplement, these must be taken daily, if you’re eating a lot of foods with high uric attic acid, then take supplement several times a day and double or triple the dose!

I ordered this product for its benefits. Celery helps with bone health. Blood sugar control. Fighting bacteria. It has lots of minerals that our body needs. And due to my health issues, I'm all about boosting my immune system. Keeping my bones stronger. As I've upped in age, I want to make sure that my body stays strong; and immune system healthy. After ingesting this celery root, I've experienced no side effects. Their pills are very easy to swallow. As with every herbal supplement, they respond to your body differently. Some you will see immediate results. And some you won't. With this product I haven't experienced anything negative. But I haven't experienced anything that positive yet, either.
