  • HIGH QUALITY, SOLID BUILD, BUTTERY SMOOTH KEYS
Size: Lemon (55gf) Color: Blue
The media could not be loaded. So this keyboard is actually better than I expected. I have a few keyboards but this is by far my favorite so far. Grant it, it is the most expensive of my keyboards and I can't wait to compare to the Razer I plan to get soon, but my honest opinion on this keyboard is nothing less than OUTSTANDING!! Like it's solid as hell, and I mean it's got some weight to it. It does not feel flimsy at all, and the components aren't rattling at all if you shake it. It's got a nice metal feel to since it is made of Aluminum. It has a high quality plastic casing on the bottom half of the keyboard so that the RGB shines through. Also, it's cool that it comes with Mac specific caps but also the Windows specific caps, so you get to choose which to use. Since this is mainly for my Mac, I will use the Mac specific caps. Also came with one cute cat key cap that I used in place of the ESC button. And they also sent three switches for their three colors for this Halo brand board. So the Lemon, which I chose, then Mint, and finally the Raspberry. I used the three different switches on my board just for those moments that I was to hear the difference. The difference, by the way, is very slight, in my opinion. The video I made doesn't do it justice. You can look on youtube for more sound tests for these three switches. I think I will try the Mint next though. I was struggling between Mint and Lemon and went with lemon based on reviews. I love the sound sooooo much. The sound paired with the smooth key strokes, is just next level. I haven't fully messed with the RGB yet, but I love it so far. I will say that, it's not as bright as one of my RK Royal Kludge 75 keyboards, but it's still pretty awesome. Also, I got the Blue keyboard so I think that affects the visibility of the RGB a bit. But still, great. You can change the key caps to something you like that may help to enhance the RGB a bit as well since the blue of the keyboard kind of drowns it out. Its still very bright, but there's just so little spacing between the keys, that lights has a difficult time escaping. A white keyboard would have definitely helped to illuminate the RGB more but still very good good and bright and, again, you can swap the caps if you wanted to. Not an issue for me since the rest is so great. The keystrokes themselves feel like butter when typing and has a pleasant "tock" sound to them. I mean it feels and sounds (if that's even possible) like butter. So smooth. Even my BF noticed immediately the sound and was so satisfied by listening to me type. The best part really is the feel of the board. It's just feels so high quality and it's heavy and of course, the way the keys feel when typing is just soooo addicting. You will love it. I got this specifically for my MAC M4 Pro. I have a Windows PC too with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900KF. But I also like Mac products so I got one but I hate the magic keyboard so much. I just didn't want to waste money on it. So I was in the market for keyboard that is tailored towards Mac and after some research I found this one being the best third party keyboard for Mac and it definitely has exceeded my expectations. So glad I got this. I was going to only use it for my Mac but now I am using it for both my Windows and Mac. It has key configurations for both and has settings that allow you to change it between bluetooth, wired. So I leave it wired for Window and enable the Window switch, and then when I use my Mac I just enable the Mac switch and select the bluetooth key I see for it. You can setup 4 different bluetooth items to it, so thats cool. The bluetooth wasn't great with my Windows tho, so I prefer the wired for Windows. The bluetooth has been fantastic with Mac though. All in all, just wanted to leave a review to express my gratitude for this keyboard. I am very pleased with it and will definitely be buying from Nuphy again. I want the Sakura board next time. This time it was out and I didn't want to wait for longer shipping with their website. But next time I'll get that. Maybe i'll get the 75 keyboard instead. I love my number pads though. Thank you for reading! ... show more

  • Best keyboard ever if you're looking for a soft feel and a quiet mechanical keyboard
Size: Silent Red Clear-Top (45gf) Color: White
This keyboard is amazing in appearance, feel, and quality. I got the Silent Red Clear-top switches and the white design. I was looking for a quiet, smooth feeling, and soft and sleek design. After months of research I came across this model but still had some hesitancy as videos online of these switches still sounded loud. It's not! It's really quiet, in fact, it's quieter than my MX Keys Logitech. The keys and switch combo have a very soft and satisfying feel. I don't really like wireless items as I feel they all have some lag and nothing beats wired so I have not tested that but I will test it later and have some updates once I get a good feel for it. One con for me is that the spacing is a little different so there is kind of a learning curve as I'm used to the 100% layout keyboards but definitely not a deal breaker for me. But one example is that the 0 key is a lot smaller than the norm on the keypad. The shift key to the right is also smaller than average so at first I found myself pressing on the up arrow. After a week of use I got the hang of it and think it's worth the investment. ... show more

  • Product gave out within 6-7 months of consistent use
Size: Lemon (55gf) Color: Black
I bought the Halo96V2 in both black and white for me and my partner back in December 2024 and both keyboards ending up randomly remapping the keys on its own on a random workday. We used these keyboards 5 days a week for about 9-10 hours at a time. Every time I’d hit the backspace key it would prompt it to “screenshot” and not erase any of my keys. When I press the 2 key on the top row (not the numpad) it would automatically add Greek letters after it. I’ve heard on Reddit that Nuphy’s software is extremely buggy and any firmware updates would prompt the keyboard to shut down entirely or worsen the issues. Spend your money elsewhere. I wouldn’t have expected this product to give out within 6-7 months of use. I spent over $300 for both of these boards for my partner and I. The software is inconsistent and buggy on its own and cannot be fixed even with a simple reset. The product itself is built well and we enjoyed the typing experience, but overall, Nuphy’s products are absolutely horrible. Reliability is not a thing with Nuphy. Definitely do your research and see what others are saying too, especially in Reddit. ... show more

  • Pricy, But Worth It
Size: Silent Red Clear-Top (45gf) Color: Blue
Great typing feel and sound while still being extremely low volume. Build quality feels impeccable. The multiple connectivity options very useful on a daily basis so I can swap between my work computer, phone, and tablet, and then wired gaming PC. Battery life with the LEDs off (to not draw too much attention in a professional office setting, lol) is fantastic. ... show more

  • Lemon requires some sacrifice, but otherwise wonderful
Size: Lemon (55gf) Color: Blue
This keyboard is awesome and feels super sturdy. I tried both Lemon and Silent Red switches and liked both, but definitely preferred the feeling of the Lemons. Unfortunately, the Lemon switches block blue light from shining through, which for me is kinda a deal breaker (blue is my favorite color, my office is blue, etc.) so I ended up going with a different board altogether. That being said, I would definitely recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants something unique but not too flashy. Plug and play with either OS, and was convenient for me to switch between my Mac for Logic Pro and my PC for video games. I’d argue there aren’t a lot of better options for $160, definitely a solid value. ... show more
