Angle grinder spins too fast for these. They just quickly fling apart and definitely bc especially if using them on something.

These are actually a great deal even though they seem to wear rather quickly. I used them to clean some very heavy rust off of some tools and old cast iron skillets and was pleased with the results and the finish. I started using the green ones today to remove paint form a boat trailer. I believe the green are more coarse than the brown. Although somewhat time consuming, they lasted a longer did much better than expected and leave the surface ready for primer. Will be buying more.
