My son is six months old and has used these since the day we left the hospital! I absolutely loved them and so did he, they were the only ones he’d take. However today we had a scare that made me write this review and give the product only one star. He was playing with it in his mouth and chewing on the ring, which is normal since he’s teething and also super focused on trying to figure out how to put it back in his mouth when it falls out. I didn’t think anything of it and was putting him in his sleep sack for a nap and he stared screaming at the top of his lungs like he was in pain and I noticed the paci was sideways in his mouth and the ring was literally wedged vertically inside his mouth and stuck! I tried to pull it out and it wouldn’t move so I had to twist it and I felt it scrape the inside of his mouth! He cried for a good 5 minutes after and thank god he wasn’t actually scratched or bleeding, but it was really stuck so I wouldn’t have been surprised if he was. Anyway, I’m really sad because they help him go to sleep and sooth him in the middle of the night. He wears gloves to bed so I’m not worried about it at night but I’m going to stop giving it to him during the day and wean him ASAP. It was scary so I wanted to share here in case anyone’s kids are starting to play with them like that! If so keep a close eye on them and I would use another pacifier if your baby will take it. Update: it happened in his sleep last night. Very scary! Going to throw them out. I just ordered the silicone ones and hope he’ll take them otherwise it’s going to be a rough few days going cold turkey!

I loved these pacifiers, my son did too. In fact he loved it so much that he somehow got it wedged in his mouth this morning when he thought he could eat it whole. He’s 5 months old and is now into holding it, looking at it and putting it in his mouth himself. Sometimes he gets it sometimes he doesn’t. So this morning when he was doing it I didn’t think anything about it until the blood curling screams. I looked away for one second and when I looked back he some how got it lodged in his mouth, upright so his jaw was wide open and the edges were impacting his gums. I had a hard time getting it out because he managed to get it sitting where the dip in the plastic is for the nose so I had to try and turn it without ripping his gums or try and widen his mouth enough to dislodge it. After about 1 minute we were able to safely remove it. It was the longest minute of our lives. I don’t know how common this is. Honestly I feel like we have the child that has an attraction to hazard so I don’t know if this is something that others should worry about. But if you have a kid like mine that loves to find things to give you heart attacks over than maybe just make sure it’s not big enough for him to get stuck or find a pacifier with a larger base which is what we are now in search for.

I previously bought the mickey mouse nuk versions of these pacifiers and my baby used them. However, I washed and sterilized these before use and the area around baby's mouth where the pacifier touched turned his skin bright red. After I removed the pacifier, it went back to normal after a couple minutes. Would not buy again. I threw this item away in the trash. Wasted my money!

I ordered these originally for the shape. However, the nipple part is so small my 3 week old doesn’t notice it’s in his mouth half the time. The plastic feels very cheap and it curves too much and squishes my sons cheeks. (Keep in mind he’s in the 1st percentile so he’s a tiny guy) These remind me of the toy pacifiers that come with baby dolls. My son loves the MAM ones and I thought he’ll like these more for shape but the size throws him off. I included a picture so other parents can see the NUK next to other pacifiers to help you guys find a pacifier that works for your babies.

My son loves these pacifiers. My first born didn't take a paci so when we got a free one in a box for our registry i kept it just incase... my son is obsessed and needs this to calm down sometimes. It also isn't made completely of silicone (which I'm highly allergic too). Some reviews complain of water getting trapped inside... i wash them constantly and there is a simple solution. Put them upside down in a bottle holder for the dishwasher. Never had any issue with water getting inside of it and I'm very vigilant about germs and mold so I'd definitely notice.

We've had 4 children, and NUK's are awesome. The NUK brand is the cutest in my opinion (I love seeing the kids with them in their mouth). For our kids, it made the babies sleep longer, helped the baby fall asleep, and gave mom and dad extra rest. The idea of "glow in the dark" is still to be tested as to whether that's good or not. It's certainly good to help mom and dad find the NUK at the middle of the night when it's on the floor, but will the light keep the baby up? TBD

Can’t say how it fits other babies mouth but seems most people have issues based on last reviews that I just read. Although, it’s not an expensive item to write review but I thought I would so they can improve their product. Too small for baby to even enjoy. Leaves red marks after 5 mins of use itself. Spout has water after washing and sanitizing. My 6 weeks old prefers dr brown ones that came with first year feeding set. I have not used pacifiers with my first one at all but second baby cries a lot but this first time purchase of pacifier was not good. Will try other top brands as well but dr brown working so far.

Got these and went to wash and sanitize them and after washing, realized there was soap in the nipple part. Cheap!! I threw them away before my little even used them. They also didn’t feel durable in the first place. I wouldn’t be comfortable letting my baby use them. Literally choose any other brand pacifier. I should have listened to the reviews. My mistake.
