When this phone arrived at my house brand new there was a paper specifically telling me to use AT&T or T-Mobile I've attempted to get service to AT&T I was able to get phone service and text but no internet I was on the phone with five different people from AT&T and finally they told me the phone is not compatible with AT&T so I contacted red magic at least seven or eight emails putting my phone number in every email to try to get them to contact me but they will not call me so I'm writing this review to give everybody a warning customer service is terrible and the phone is NOT compatible with AT&T. ... show more
