    • Perfect for the cost
I used this as the base for a wig made of braided yarn. The soft cloth made it really easy to sew and secure my yarn in place, and I was able to pull the stitches from the brim very cleanly in order to remove it. I will note that I have a VERY large head, and this still fit me comfortably loose, so if you're also a member of the Big Head Big Brain club, I can recommend it to you. You small heads out there should probably steer clear, though. There is an adjustment strap, but it'll probably still sit on your head like a tarp, and since it has almost no structure to it, it's not likely to be very cute either. Aside from that, this was a great value for me and worked fantastic for the costume. ... show more

Standard caps have a crown of about 17cm measured from center of top along front seam to the bill. So does this hat. A low profile cap would have a measurement of 15-16cm. So this is not a low profile cap...if that matters to you...It does to me because I have a smallish head and a standard crowned hat looks like Elmer Fudd's cap on me...while a low profile cap fits my head proportionately. ... show more
