We bought this for our trip to the UK. I bought them for our group. One gentleman always gets sick after flying. We all used them as instructed. None of us got sick. The smell is nine and very easy to apply. Tricky to pop the tube but we managed. Very effective.

Bought these for my wife. She was given one in the hospital and it really helped sooth her nose after surgery. Bought another package after she ran out. It's a little expensive but it does the job.
