I’m honestly really impressed with this mattress! I ordered the Novilla Queen 12” and it came nicely packed in a box. It was super easy to set up and fluffed up pretty fast. It’s the perfect medium-firm feel — not too hard, not too soft. It supports my back really well and I’ve been sleeping way better since I got it. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for mattresses across many retails and I have a major lower back pain. The medium firm feel is just right — supportive enough for my back but still soft and comfy on top. I’ve noticed I’m not tossing and turning as much, and I wake up feeling way more rested.
