My son started complaining about his back hurting the day after his first night on this mattress. My mother and I both tried it out and agree it’s not a good quality game mattress. I ended up purchasing my son a mattress topper to make this more comfortable for him. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I’m upset I had to come out of more money to purchase a nice topper but ultimately didn’t want my son to have to wait longer for a new mattress.

First of all, claiming that this is a 12" mattress is outright false. The mattress was set up 3 days ago and it's not even a full 11", much less 12". Don't be fooled by the pictures. The mattress does NOT have a pillow top. That gray seam in the picture makes it look like it does, but it's purely "decrotive" and is there just to make you think it has a pillowtop. This manufacturer is shady, at best. There's decent support on the sides if you sit on it, but if you sit on the front don't be surprised when you slide off. I weigh 185 lbs. and the mattress crushes to just 6" high when I sit on the front of it. Now, the good news? I wouldn't go so far as to say it's uncomfortable to lay on, but it's definitely not comfortable either. That's the best I can say for it. You get what you pay for. We gambled on this mattress and we lost. Just spend a couple of hundred dollars more and buy a decent mattress from a reputable manufacturer.

While the mattress feels soft all over, yet firm in the areas needed, it squeaks!! Making it sound cheap and poorly made. I was surprised no one else mentioned this in their reviews, it may just be a one-off. I will contacting customer service to see what if anything can be done. Otherwise, will likely return.
