We have a new addition to the family who found my son's mattress to be the perfect spot to mark as hers....if you know what I mean. We tried to get the stain and smell out to no avail. I was very skeptical about this mattress since I've had hybrids before and I personally do not like them, but went for this one because reviews were good and we needed it quickly! We've had this now for 2 months and so far it's been great. My son says it's very comfortable to sleep on, didn't have any type of smell that other reviewers mentioned and we did wait the full 24 hours after opening it before sleeping on it. Will see how this holds up but so far so good.

First-I still like this mattress after 3 months. However, the head of the bed on the side I sleep on has caved in. Complete curve across half of the head of that side of mattress. My pillows were slipping between the headboard and the mattress. I thought it was that the mattress was sliding away due to not having a footboard. I bought metal brackets specially for this problem. Husband installed them. Success! But wait-issue not solved. Then I rotated the mattress 180 degrees. After 2 weeks, sadly, the mattress is still deformed, or curved downward. However you want to say it. I’m so bummed. I really hope the mattress will rebound eventually. I will keep an eye on it. And also on the opposite corner where I’m now sleeping. I’m past the return window, so I’m stuck with it if nothing changes. My next step is to turn the mattress sideways so I don’t end up with same issue on different corner. Will repeat every 2-3 weeks.Wha Wha!

The media could not be loaded. Pleasantly surprised by the quick shipping, easy set up and high-quality of this mattress! It opens and sets up quickly, almost to full size expansion within an hour of opening. The materials seem high quality and very durable. The sides can be a little soft and tuck in if you sit right on the edges but it depends on the weight distribution. The softness is just right to support many sleeping positions and the springs are wrapped so you can’t hear them or be disturbed by someone next to you moving. Overall the comfort level is comparable to an higher quality mattress and we are sleeping comfortably! This is a good option for someone who likes a plush soft bed but needs it to not just sink in and have some structure still. Another positive thing is that this mattress has given us zero issues so far with any odor or off gassing. Highly recommend!

I, personally, enjoyed sleeping on this mattress. I found it a good medium firm mattress that also worked well with my adjustable base. If it was up to me then I wouldn't return this at all! The unpacking and set up was also very easy to do. However, this is the mattress that I bought for my 70+ year old parents to use when they stay with me. Both of them found the mattress too soft and difficult to get up from. As this mattress is primarily for their use, I am returning it and looking into getting a SleepNumber so my parents can decide on their preferred firmness themselves.
