I’ll admit it: I was not a believer in buying a mattress online. Sure, lots of people swear by them, but this was one purchase I wanted to see, feel, and try out in person. I decided to give it a shot, though, and I am SO glad I did. The Novilla 14-Inch King Memory Foam Mattress is one of the best purchases for my sleep that I’ve made in a long time. It arrived wrapped up nicely in a box (how they even get it in there is beyond me), and after about 2 days of the mattress expanding, I was ready to go! It had no weird smells, and it looked like a cloud of comfort was waiting for me. The first night I slept on it, I knew this was a great purchase. It was just a perfect combination of soft and supportive. I’m a toss-and-turner, and this thing really absorbs my pressure points but doesn’t make me feel like I’m sinking into a swamp. Also, I find that I wake up in the morning a LOT less sweaty than in the past. It’s awesome, especially during those steamy Texas summers. This mattress also has a couple of other nice little perks. The cover is removable and washable. I have children and a dog who all want to climb up and make this their throne, so that’s come in quite handy over the past few months. The only complaint I have is that it might be a LITTLE bit firmer than I expected. But it’s not super hard or anything; it’s just on the firm side of the medium-firm scale, I think. But it works for me (and my back has been loving it as well). All in all, this is a great mattress. It’s comfortable, it keeps you cool, the cover is easy to wash, and it didn’t break the bank.
