After the first 72 hours it firmed up. It still sinks a bit more than I would like, but it’s not uncomfortable. The only real downside is the edges. If you don’t want to lay fully in the middle of the bed, if you need the very edge space, don’t buy this. The edges seem to have like 20% support compared to the center. I do sleep well on this mattress and I’m no longer waking up with back pain or pelvic pain! My baby co-sleeps and I was worried it was going to sink too much to be safe at first. It’s not bad, she doesn’t sink down or roll into me from sinkage. I’m pleasantly surprised. The best part is that the bed doesn’t shake when anyone else moves on the mattress. She stays in place and doesn’t get woken up if I roll over or a sibling hops on the foot of the bed! Her sleep has actually improved since we switched to this mattress from the standard spring mattress!

Highly recommend! 5/5 stars After searching and comparing mattresses on Amazon I came across this one that seemed to have the best reviews overall. I’ve had this mattress for about 2 weeks now and love it. Very happy I chose this one! Mattress came quickly and expanded to the advertised size right away! I will say though, when I took it out of the box I was concerned because some corners expanded faster than other corners but after a few hours it was even on all sides so don’t worry if it has a funky shape at first. I let our mattress sit for a day and a half before use. My boyfriend sleeps on his back and says it shapes nicely to your body and he hasn’t had any back pain throughout the night or waking up in the morning! I’m a side sleeper and also love how it’s very shaping to your body. We don’t feel like we’re sinking far into the mattress though. Soft but firm! Also I don’t wake up to my boyfriend moving around in the night like our other mattress. Love this mattress and will purchase again in the future - would recommend to my friends and parents!!

I have been suffering from lower back pain for years. To the point, it interfered with my daily living. I was in agony. I tried everything to relieve the pain. But I started noticing the pain was worse when I woke up. So I figured it was the bed. So I leaped and bought this new one. It said to wait for 24hrs to expand fully. But honestly, it took just several hours. When I woke up the next morning, I could NOT BELIEVE I HAD NOOOOOOO PAIN. I didn’t even believe it. ALL day I kept stretching, bending, turning, trying to find the pain, and NOTHING. I am SOOOOO HAPPY. And the price is just excellent for the quality of sleep I got. I 100% recommend this bed, especially for anyone with back pain. I’ve typically preferred firmer mattresses because of the back support. My first experience with memory foam was an expensive bamboo one I got with my ex several years ago. I remember it feeling hot after a few hours, enveloping me too much. It was one of those weird things where it feels good at the store, but you get home and are like, no… lol. I never wanted memory foam after that – it seemed like an overrated fad that was probably cheaper for manufacturers to produce. But I later moved into a furnished flat with a Costco memory foam mattress. I adjusted pretty quickly to it and never had that annoying warm feeling (maybe that came from the ex, who knows). I still didn’t like that sitting up in bed with a book or project wasn't super convenient. Fast forward to this mattress. I bought it for my new place and am pleasantly satisfied. It was firmer than expected but still has that contouring-the-hips feeling of the memory foam I like. Looking back, I probably would have paid a little extra for the 12-inch. But, other than that, I really enjoy sleeping 😴 on it!

My husband purchased this bed for us when we were moved into our new home. Listen to me when I tell you to please buy this bed. Ever since we purchased this bed we have had such peaceful rest. The bed actually has a firmness to it which is really really good for my back but also at the same time it is quite soft and cool. The only regret I have about purchasing this bed is that I wish I would’ve gotten a California king.

I got this mattress about two month ago, We let it expand a full day and did not notice much of a chemical smell upon removing it from the plastic, It fits onto my bed frames well. First night, I was worried it would be too firm. Since that night, I wake up with way fewer aches than on my previous mattress, no back pain or hip pain and I sleep so much better. It is medium firm and very comfortable. Really glad with the purchase.

I’ve been sleeping on it for a week. First thoughts are it’s a great mattress for the price. It came quickly and unboxing it was easy. It took only about 2 hours for it to get to it’s full 12 inches. I waited 24 hours before sleeping on it the first time. After the first night, the first thing I noticed was it’s firmer Then I expected for a full memory foam mattress. I am 6’2” and 245 lbs and I hardly sink in at all. Just a bit more than a conventional mattress. The second thing is it retains a fair amount of heat. I’ma warm sleeper anyways, but I needed just a sheet and a very thin blanket to keep warm, even in the cold in northern Wisconsin. It’ll be interesting to see how I fare this summer. All in all, I’m very happy with it. As a side sleeper, I find it very easy to fall asleep and it supports me well. I wake up with no shoulder pain that my old mattress used to give me every morning. I also don’t wake up as much to roll over and reposition in the night. I fall asleep quickly and sleep sound. If you’re on the fence about buying it, go for it. It won’t let you down.

When I first got it, it was nicely packed. After I remove the bag it started expanding immediately and it fitted perfectly on my bed. I let it expand for 72 hours before using. Compared to my past mattress, this is the better because it has the right amount of softness. It is very comfortable to lay in and I had no back pain after sleeping on it. It does not sink down and was able to keep its structure. Definitely recommend it, totally worth it.
