I bought this board hoping it would match or exceed my old SUP, but unfortunately it fell short in a couple of areas. While the extra width does make it stable for beginners or casual paddling, the surface becomes noticeably slippery when wet, which is a big downside. My previous SUP had a thicker, more cushioned deck pad that provided better grip, but this one feels less secure. The included kit is nice, and I absolutely love the backpack style case, but if comfort and traction are important to you (especially for longer sessions), you may want to look for something with better padding and a non-slip surface.

It’s BEAUTIFUL!! But… to show the fancy design it lacks the normal foam padding and instead only has little raised dots to help with grip and stability. It’s *very slippery.* Highly recommend wearing a performance water sandal or adding aftermarket foam stickers, unless you plan to only ever use sitting. Most disappointing is that the design seems to flake off pretty easily. I’ve used my board exactly 5 times so far and I am already losing bits of the design. The extra long length is nice and allows me to carry quite a bit of gear and still lay on the board for a rest. It’s very rigid and a great float! Heavier than other boards but I guess that’s from the increased size. I really like that the included backpack is large enough to fit the board and extra accessories, I’m not trying to squeeze it in like with some boards.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second iSUP, both from ITAOSTAR. This model is upgraded over my first one. The most noticeable difference is the all-over graphics that are on the top and bottom of the board. Also, this one has 3 fin mounts and includes multiple fins for various situations. My SUP strangely doesn't have a pair of small fins for the side, rather there are 5 different sizes. It's not a big deal unless you are a stickler for symmetry. I actually only used a single fin when I went out as it was a calm, relatively windless day and there was little to no current in the lake. Tracking was fine with the single long fin. I've owned other inflatable craft, and I will say that the setup/takedown of the SUP is really surprisingly easy. It took no more than 5 minutes to inflate as well as similar time to deflate. Everything went back into the bag with no trouble. I'd been really wanting to try a SUP as a kayak replacement using a bleacher/beach chair. I was able to get a great chair for this purpose locally for less then $20 and had it mounted in about a minute. It worked excellently! The back support was magnitudes better than the inflatable strappy chairs I've used before and I could see paddling for hours comfortably using it. A kayak paddle would be a nice addition, but with canoe-style technique the SUP paddle was fine right out of the box. Overall with the addition of a chair the iSUP becomes a convertible sit-on-top kayak and a viable fishing platform! I weigh just over 200lbs and this board felt rigid and stable, even in the wake of passing boats and jetskis I never actually got wet, not even my shoes which was quite surprising. The construction of the board and the quality of the components included are all excellent in my opinion and meet or exceed expectations. There is a dry-bag and waterproof phone case included, a coiled leash, a flag, an upgraded pump, patch kit, straps, and backpack included: a lot for the price. Further, it's extremely portable and can easily fit in a car trunk or even be strapped onto a bike rack. I would recommend iTAOSTAR paddle boards for anyone looking for a complete, ready to go iSUP. You get a lot for the money and the quality is there.

This paddle board has been taken on the river a couple times now. As you can see in the pictures it is big and sturdy enough for my 40 lbs dog to accompany me. The one downside is that is gets slippery when wet. The top is textured and doesn't have the soft layer that other boards have. As a result, the footing on the board isn't as secure when I'm standing. The board moves well in the water and is a pretty good paddle board. The paddle board comes with everything you need for a great time on the water. The pump works just fine and the fins keep the board moving in a mostly straight line when paddling. The storage bag is nice and big and holds everything for easy storage. Summer's here and this board is going to get some good use.

The extra-wide design definitely delivers on stability - I can easily bring my gear and even my dog along without wobbling. Love how quickly it inflates and the included accessories are comprehensive, especially the roomy backpack. However, the deck surface is disappointingly slick when wet, which can be nerve-wracking during longer sessions. While the board looks stunning with its unique graphics, I've noticed some design flaking after just a few uses. It's a decent board for casual paddling and beginners, but serious paddlers might want something with better traction.

This paddleboard is actually pretty sturdy and well made - and it's great for beginners just getting started if they've never been on one before. I like that there are 3 fin mounts, and it stayed inflated and stable the entire time we used it. The only downside was that it was slick once water got on the top of it, so you need to be aware of that prior to using. Some paddleboards have a different texture to them that mitigate that, but this one does not. Depending on what you're looking for, YMMV.
