It heats up perfectly the button was a little difficult meaning you have to use the stop button after it finishes heating up so the door can open which is convenient for kids not to get burn but not sure if it’s something you can take off or it’s genuine this way . It’s super easy to clean it’s very easy for my cats to use it stays fresh and clean 24/7 cats love the fact that it looks like a sink . There’s absolutely no noise to this and that’s a major plus . It’s very cute and a close color match in my kitchen. I use it about twice a day to heat my coffee and a few times a week otherwise. Almost every day the turntable slides off its position at least once, and then doesn’t easily go back in position. It takes two hands, because there’s nothing really there to hold it in place. The plastic covering, of the release button to open it, has started peeling off. The release button is also difficult to use. It usually takes at least three tries. Update: Turntable fell out, down a short distance onto a cushioned floor and shattered into dangerous shards. ... show more

You buy these types of items for the retro look and in our case the unique light blue color matched our kitchen so to wind up finding out that this microwave has the power that it does, meaning it heats up coffee quickly and efficiently and much faster than the fancier microwave we used to own.
