    • Great customer service from Jacks Small Engine
First, on the unit itself. Assembly was a breeze and the instructions were clear and concise. Assembly took less than an hour and I can't say I put 100% effort and attention to the task as I was assisting with other household projects at the same time. First use of the boom sprayer was just water to check the flow rate and I found where I needed to tighten up a few hose clamps. Other than that, there were no issues at all and I've used it successfully multiple times since. Everything was packaged nicely and easy to unpack. However, the box was not handled well by the carrier and I could tell it had been dropped. There was a broken piece on the sprayer wand which caused the tip to fall off. I contacted the seller and got an immediate reply and an immediate resolution. Thank you to Jacks Small Engine. It's good to know customer service isn't a dying art. 100% would recommend them in the future. ... show more

This unit was simple to assemble. The instructions were clear. I needed something that could spray my apple orchard and this is exactly what I needed. It sprays effortlessly as the pump is connected to the lawnmower battery. I haven't used the side sprayers for anything except water to make sure they worked.     • Excellent step up for the large lot gardener
Assembly took a full evening, since I was being careful. I didn’t use a torque wrench (recommended in instructions) since I never used one before and if you use common sense and don’t over tighten the bolts that go into the plastic tank, you’re ok. I was delighted at the even spray that comes out of the red “wands”….if you want to get more spray down, just go slow or over the weeds again. It is SO much easier than lugging a spray bottle around. It really is something I should have bought years ago, Prepping for spray is easy….dump a 32 iz bottle if conc3ntrate in, fill with water half way to about 10-12 gallons, and go for a slow ride around the yard. This is a good model, and is not the cheapest. But the spray off the back is really good. Thanks! TJ ... show more

    • Seems to clog up easy
I've used this sprayer once so far and it worked amazing for the first hour, then clogged. Because I wasn't 100 % sure what was causing low pressure, I contact the companies customer service and the gentleman walked me through several possibilities until we narrowed it down to being clogged. We'll see how it performs when I use it again soon. ... show more

Nice sprayer, but after the third time using it the on/off switch failed. was covered under warranty but took weeks to receive a replacement.

We own 20 acres. About 2 is our homes yard. We have been over run with mosquitoes. We bought this to spray for them. It works great. Gets a large area done quickly.
